Collection & Processing of Personal Data

Data Sharing for Guest List Invitations

If you are invited to an event via a TipsyGang member's guest list, your email address and, where applicable, your phone number will be visible to the person who invited you. This serves exclusively to facilitate communication and coordination for attending the event together.

By using this feature, you consent to the sharing of this data with the inviting person. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your profile settings or by sending a request to team@tipsytuesday.at. Your data will not be shared with any additional third parties.

Profile Data Processing

For each profile data field, you will receive a transparent explanation of the data collection and usage (via a popup during input). This includes:
- Purpose of data collection (e.g., profile display, content personalization)

Guest List Raffle / Contests

By participating in the raffle, you agree to the collection of the following data: name, email address, and optionally your Instagram handle. This data is stored for up to 365 days to notify you in case of winning and to occasionally send personalized content.

Data Deletion

Where no statutory retention obligation applies, your data will be deleted as soon as the purpose has been fulfilled. For raffle or profile data, you may request deletion at any time by emailing team@tipsytuesday.at.

If deletion is not possible for legal reasons, the processing will be restricted and the data will be blocked accordingly.

Image & Video Rights (Social Media)

If you appear in one of our videos (e.g., TikTok @tipsytuesday) and would like it to be removed, simply send an informal email to: team@tipsytuesday.at.
